Costa Rica Land Acquisition and Home Building Report  - An overview of the process.  In addition to answering questions regarding general information that most investors want to know, the Land Acquisition and Home Building Report provides the planning and detailed analysis needed in order to determine all costs involved when purchasing real estate in Costa Rica.

Construction Cost Spreadsheet  I use this to estimate costs.

Building Construction Contract  This is the complete building contract to assure that everything you have selected is included in your new construction.

Payment Schedule This shows exactly how much is due, and when.

Add/Change Contract   Used for making additions or modifications from the original contract.

Construction Specifications   There are thousands of components detailed in construction plans that need to be installed in order to properly complete a home. The materials along with many specific installation procedures are organized into the Construction Specifications in order to arrive at the total cost to purchase and install all the components detailed in the plans and selected by the client within a realistic time frame.

Defects and Errors  This notice gives the owner or his agent a method to notify the Builder of materials or installations not in accordance with plans or specifications.
