Here is a brief history of my experience as a professional builder from my days in the United States to now. It is a bit detailed, but as I feel my customers need to know with whom they are dealing, I have provided dates and details to prove my expertise in acquiring suitable property, building homes and completing high quality renovations. My Résumé1982-1992- Sales of building lots to contractors and custom homes in Sylvania, Ohio and Roswell, GA. Obtained development loans, construction financing and managed the construction of the infrastructure in two subdivisions and twenty custom homes in various high-end communities. Personally sold and closed eighty percent of every lot developed and home built. Details of Projects 1982 - 1984 Implemented marketing and advertising for the Woods of Miakonda, a 32 lot high-end subdivision on the Sylvania Country Club golf course in Sylvania, Ohio. Formed the construction company, Miakonda Properties, Inc in Sylvania, Ohio. Built 8 custom spec homes in various subdivisions in Sylvania, Ohio. Construction Consultant to international clients wanting to purchase land, condominiums and custom homes in Costa Rica. Managed the infrastructure construction for a beachfront condominium project and single-family lot subdivision as well as the construction management of four custom homes and twelve condominiums. Personally sold and closed ninety percent of every lot and housing product completed. I evaluate and take-off construction plans in order to calculate all costs and prepare detailed estimates and contracts in the software my client's prefer.
